HOW TO WEIGH

GoWeigh can be used for a range of trailers including boat and general-purpose trailers. To get a trailer weigh, you must disconnect the trailer from your vehicle and setup as per the diagram. For safety reasons, we ask that you leave your vehicle on the weighbridge.

The weighbridge will provide separate weighing results for each platform. Unfortunately, at this stage, we cannot allow customers to enter a VIN number onto the weighing docket.

IMPORTANT: TRAILER WEIGHT

Please note that your trailer weight will be shown on Platform C on your weighing docket, not the total weight which includes your vehicle. We also recommend requesting your docket via SMS or email, as the transaction report has colour photos of your vehicle and trailer.
